Quality
All vintage items are used, but are in the good condition, unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that vintage items do not have the appearance of being brand new. We guarantee that all our items
are described with accurate detail; however, actual colours and sizes may differ slightly from
the images shown.
Postage & Packaging
All items are sent special delivery, insured and gift-wrapped. Delivery will take approximately
2-7 working days from date of purchase. Postage and Packaging is not refundable.
Returns
If the items you have received are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We
will be happy to refund/exchange providing the items are returned in their original state. For
all returns, you will be required to pay for postage and packaging; we recommend that you obtain
proof of posting. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Any items returned
as faulty, Polkadot Jewellery will arrange an exchange. Polkadot Jewellery decision is final.
Privacy Policy
Polkadot Jewellery complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act
of 1998 and as such is registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose
details of our customers to any third party.
Disclaimer
All Items described as 'signed by' are, to the best of our knowledge authentic, if it is proven
that any items are fake or copied, we will fully refund the price of the item, once it is received
by us in its original condition. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded. False items will
only be refunded within 1 year from the purchase date.
