If the items you have received are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund/exchange providing the items are returned in their original state. For all returns, you will be required to pay for postage and packaging; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Any items returned as faulty, Polkadot Jewellery will arrange an exchange. Polkadot Jewellery decision is final.
